So what can I do, at home, which will help me tone up ...got a pilates video last year but think would need a class first to make sure I'm doing it correctly. What about exercise balls, Flexi-bar, mini-tramp? Please don't suggest gym, walking etc as I spend my day running around like headless chook and don't have energy for gym after children are in bed - even if it would be more effective.
Anyone out there willing to humour me??
