Owl electricity monitors

Does anyone have one? Which one and is it any good?

Do you just plug it in and it transmit the data somewhere for you to see?

Any info will help, am thinking of getting one to see where I can reduce electricity costs.

I dont know much about them but our local library (Bradford) lends them out so maby you could try that.
