Kindle and mobile broadband

Hoping someone can give me advice on which Kindle would be best for me?
My Internet at home is mobile broadband, with a 3 dongle (no landline). Would a Kindle work with this? Am thinking a 3G Kindle might be better, then I can download anywhere.
I'm pretty clueless when it comes to techy stuff!

Really don't know on that one sorry. We have wi-fi at home and I find the wi-fi kindle is fine for me.

Have you thought of posting in Geeky Stuff? You may get a better response [hsmile].
