Phoned up on 25th November, to order some personalised pencil cases for nieces. Wanted to make sure that they would definitely arrive on time for christmas before ordering online. Was repeatedly assured that they would definitely arrive in good time. Ordered later that same day. Last deadline for pre-christmas orders was 5th December btw.

Started getting anxious last week and phoned to be assured that the stuff was on it's way by royal mail. phoned wednesday to be told stuff would arrive by thursday. phoned thursday to be told that last lot was despatched on weds and would arrive on friday. Got cross as I know that last day for christmas receipt was tues. was told would be contacted by supervisor. Wasn't.

needless to say we didn't get them in time for christmas (obviously as there has been no post we haven't had them). had to go and buy alternative presents.

Have sent an extremely disgruntled email.

am awaiting reply. if i get a full refund and get to keep the pencil cases and a totally grovelling apology and total acceptance of responsibility might consider using them again.

expect i will be told that in order to get a refund i need to send the items back, (they are personalised with name and surname ffs) and that it's all royal mail's fault anyway (despite the fact that they have acknowledge that they stuff was sent out too late).

hmmmmm....

Don't know if you spotted my GLTC rant earlier last week. I ordered 2 personalised Santa sacks well before the cut-off date. Rang them the week before Xmas to ask where they were as I hadn't received them, was assured that they would arrive pre-Christmas. Well, got a phone call 5 days before Christmas to say that they weren't going to arrive before Christmas but 2 or 3 weeks into January instead. As I pointed out to the cust. service rep, what use are Santa sacks 3 weeks after Christmas? The only options they gave me were to wait (don't think so) or to cancel. I'm still really

i haven't heard anything nor have i received anything.

i'm extremely extremely peed off.

where do i go from here?
