Anyone got any ideas ???

The lights and music are supposed to work when a pony goes through the door, but it's not.

Where is the magnet connection? I've always found the need to wave the manetic hoof all over these toys before I've worked out how they worked.. I'm afraid I don't have the castle [releaved grin]

The magnetic heart is in the doorway, but no matter how many times we put the ponies hoof on it it just won't work.

Have you tried out another magnet? Turn the on off switch on and off several times? This is the point where I call the toy lots of names and threaten it.... seems to work oddly enough.... GOOD LUCK

One of the reviewers on amazon said "The thing won't make music unless you remove the twirly platform thing before putting the pony there". There are over 300 reviews on amazon, perhaps someone has had the same problem. It looks lovely, I like the balloon!

There is no on and off switch that I can find.

We already removed the platform and still nothing.

Have given up for today now.

Thanks for the help though weatherwax

Did you get it working ? Sometimes we've found you need to use the stronger type of batteries to make the things work. Are there other "powered" features and do they work ?
