You need the model number and look here

Not sure yours is there though as it appears to be a "WF100p"

Not sure! It'll be printed on your machine somewhere (hopefully no inside the door!) - I searched for it on something like Curry's website and it came up with WF100P but that's not on the list.

ive checked on machine and model is WM25 - they havent got it - bah!!!

gotta download the "not listed" one

1000 is the spin speed actually. The model no should be on the front where the buttons are I think. It is on my Hotpoint.

DoesntChristmasDragOn · 24/12/2005 10:26

Bah! NOt listed is an email contact form. Bum!

DoesntChristmasDragOn · 24/12/2005 10:30

Is there still water in the drum? If so, the door won't open. Have a look at the instructions for WM26 which has emergency door opening instructions - I can't imagine they'd be hugely diferent to your machine. Try some of the other model numbers too.

You basically need to pull the machine out, turn off the water intake & electricity and drain the machine into a bucket via the ordinary drain hose - 2 bucket fulls should be sufficient for the door to release.
