Anyone have the Make Your Own Oploy game?

If so, how do you play it? I mean it doesnt have houses or hotels or anything and so no rent to pay or be paid etc....

I have bought it for Xmas, so still in box wrapped up..I assumed you played it the same way, but obviously not?

I think it is a kit to change properties on a board you already have, come to think of it i think that kit was for other games as well as monopoly. Not sure..... I thought it was just a computer programme to print out on sticky paper and add to exsisting games, but maybe there is a different thing.

i thought ity was normal monopoly but u named all the bits n bobs, am wrong then and mum will be disappointed

oops ! fear not - i just realised that you print the instructions off the cd rom so everything has become clear! it does look good after all!

we can come back after Christmas then and say how rubbish it is?

Its fab - I got one for my sister 2 christmases ago before she sailed around the world. I used the countries she was in as the theme for the properties and the chance cards etc. You play it exactly the same way as you do the other monopolies, but its more fun as its personalised. It takes a while to sort out the cd rom and print it all off and it helps if you have a theme in mind (e.g. home town, family houses, the world etc etc.) We still play it every christmas. Have fun
