Does anyone know if its possible to read these anywhere without actually joining up?

I have done the free trial in the past and it was a nightmare getting out of it again so I ended up paying for ages. Plus not sure if I could do it again.

Thanks.

Try your library (but you do realise it's the subs of people who do join up that fund the tests you want to read?)

have they done a recent investigation or was it an archived one you wanted because there was a lot of stuff on mn about car seats a few months back and most of the info was reproduced? I f you can find the relevant threads, i think there were two round about the same time

Oh. Not sure when they updated it. Janh I know what you mean but I have only ever used which once before and that was for car seats 2 years ago and now the same. I paid for months after the last one though. I desperately tried to think of other things to look at but just never got the time. Wouldn't mind paying a stat one off fee to take a peak but what bugs me is that you have to sign up to a direct debit monthly.

Will look at the archives.

Think it is usually updated around the June edition.

muppety, there are 2 online services - Which.co.uk is online only, but if you subscribe to the magazine, as well as getting the print edition every month (which has loads of reports you might not have thought you'd be interested in, plus lots of consumer news snippets) you also get access to Which extra which is mostly useful for me when I can't find the magazine . It's only £6.25 a month - well worth it IMHO.
