Have above camera, bought approx 18 months ago. Problems with the battery in that you get it out, discover battery is dead, charge it up, use it, put it away, then the next time you get it out, say a week/two weeks/month later, battery is dead again.
And before anyone says it, yes I do turn it off when I put it away!
Has anyone had same probs ? Jessops (where I bought camera) say that batteries typically only last 18-24 month and I would need to buy a new one...approx £30.
