Big calved ladies - boot question.

Has anyone used Duoboots or bucklesandbows - for the well-endowed legs amongst us?
I was looking at the B&B catalogue & they've a couple of pairs I really like but I'd like to know what the actual shoe part sizing is like. I've got biggish calves (altho' only calf size 2 per their instruction table - no modest emoticon) but I've got small slim feet & struggle to buy stuff like wider fit boots in Clarks & Evans type shops as the shoe bit is way too big for me. Evans don't even do a 3.
Anyone any thoughts or advice. I'm in Glasgow too so there are no stockists near to go try any of the styles even for an idea.
TIA

I've bought via mailorder from Duo twice now. I'm a size 7-8, depending on style, one pair are pointed and I went for an 8, slightly big but still wearabale and the others are in a 7 and perfect fit.

i bought the lace ups from clarks and have realised that even though i have hugely humungous calves, in comparison my ankles are very slim! so im glad i didnt go for the duoboots option as they would have been too wide on the ankle.
try the lace ups, they are fab,
