Watched a film on Monday which dh put in the envelope and gave to me and I posted back yesterday. Now I find the plastic case it was supposed to have gone in. Will Amazon ignore it or is it going to delay our next dvd? I rushed to get it in the post as we're supposed to get another dvd by the 23rd.
And of course e-mailing them to ask is pointless (if I could even find the right address to write to).
