A snooker table? My 2 year old loves watching the 'balls' on tv so we got him one for xmas that he can play with his brother(7)

Duplo?
Train set?
Trike?
Construction kit eg Kids Knex?

Just read your other thread Tamba and I guess you're going to have a strange Christmas morning if you wake up to something like that and then have to 'give' him stuff from Santa. Is he looking forward to Christmas at all?
I'm having trouble to thinking up things to give him as he's causing you so much unhappiness so Lord knows how you feel.

Stuff which is unbreakable and encourages constructive play - on of the brio (cheap copy!) rail track systems, or the ELC wooden 'city road set'.

Musical instruments - packs of percussion instruments etc.

Don't get ANY flashing electronic plastic.
