Last year we had a really nice christmas ice cream, had something like mincemeat in, was really nice. I have no idea where I got it from, has anybody seen anyting similar this year and if so where was it.

I haven't see a commercial version, but it'd be delicious (and easy) to make your own using a good vanilla ice cream with good quality mincemeat mixed through, or even better dried fruits macerated in brandy (or cointreau or whatever) and spices ...

Don't know about mincemeat or Xmas Pud ice cream but have heard of a Stilton one -personally it doesn't really appeal though! Does anyone actually think it sounds nice...?
