Anyone ever bought anything from KidsWindow?

I've just found the kids' PERFECT bunk beds but the reviews for the company - www.thekidswindow.co.uk - on ciao are HORRIBLE.

I wondered if mumsnetters (whom I trust, obviously, more!) had similar experiences?

I have bought loads of costumes / dressing up kit from TKW and have never had any problems. Delivery is quick and reliable and the clothes ate fab.

I am planning to reorder from them for Xmas gifts.

I've bought a bed from there, delivery took a while but I think that was due to supplier not them. They kept me up to date and the bed was perfect when it arrived.
