I've booked a christmas delivery slot for weds 21 dec by ordering a fresh turkey does that mean that i will definitely get the turkey or does it depend on the tesco shopper finding one when he/she does the shop ie

do they reserve one having recieved the order now?

the only way to be guaranteed a fresh turkey is to go through one of the prepayment methods. such as the m&s ones.

I thought that was probably the case..then I'm quite pleased that there weren't any 23 dec slots left because it wouldn't leave much time to get the missing items!
