Playmobil - house or castle?

We have the castle. Ds has only just started playing with it properly (he's 4.5). I wanted to buy him the summerhouse, as I would have played with it with him, but dh insisted on the caslte

dd (4) is having the Grande Mansion for Christmas but woudl also love the fairy castle !

I meant the fairy castle. I like the horse & carriage thing but am wondering how long the appeal would last? Great lump of a toy, expensive too.
