My Mum tried to return items at the post office today for me, but they wouldn't accept without payment. Said it wasn't a free returns service label, on their site it says free returns & PO is one of the methods.
Anyone had a similar problem? I've emailed them but don't figure I'll get an answer till Monday now.
I hate having to wait in for a courier etc.
