Tchibo highchair -anyone else waiting?

I ordered mine 6 weeks ago and still waiting even though last email said 'it has left our logistics centre and will be with you in the next 10 days.' Well that was over 2 weeks ago. I refuse to phone the premium rate customer service number and when I email with all the details they email back a few days later to say I've forgotton some obscure reference number and have insufficient information to deal with my request.........

my tchibo order was aages late, they kept saying i had to wait a few more days but the courier had returned it in the first week, not even attempted to deliver it.

sorry but it doesn't sound good - i'd ring the number and INSIST on speaking to a supervisor, it's only coming from germany not mars! good luck - i got grovels and free postage on re-order but it was a terrible pest.

We ordered a high chair from Tchibo about the same time as you and it arrived within 1 week. Sorry, probably not what you want to hear. Think I would ring, even if it is premium rate as you need to know whats going on.

My friend ordered one about 3 weeks ago and she has it already, I think it took about 10 days. You could try sending them an email with your phone number and ask them to phone you back. If the cost has already been deducted from your credit card give them a certain date by which they have to have phoned you or you will be contacting trading standards.
