and I'd like to get her one of her own. Shes 2 - anyobe tried the leapfrog games or toddlers 'laptops', or CD's? Are they worth it, or do I have to put up with her tapping at my knee when I'm MN'ing?

ds is 2.5 years. I quite like the reader rabbit toddler CD, but to be honest he gets far more fun out of the totally free CBeebies website!!! Save your money

dd has an old keyboard that she happily bashes away at, but she's only 11 months. Do they start expecting a result on screen by 2?

Ds is very aware of his actions on the keyboard or mouse having a corresponding action on the monitor and has done for a while now, but then he sees both me and dh on the computers a fair bit, so I don't know if this is "usual".
