how do you make christmas lights stay up????

having a nightmare with my lights they look so lovely around the window but every morining theyve fell down, im using sellotape and its just not sticking...... any ideas cos dp says if they fall down once more they are coming down to stay (bah humbug)

I bought these brilliant little suction hooks from Woolworths - they really work and for heavy lights I bought heavy duty suction hooks from Asda - they're really hard to get off! Otherwise, use the white kind of 'blue-tack' it seems much stronger! HTH

thankyou never thought of suction pads ive got some will have to go and rescue my lights before bha humbug gets hold of them!!!
