Anyone know what this is like?

DS2 (7) really wants Robosapien from Father Christmas but I don't want to spend that amount of money on something he will either break or lose interst in. I'd rather buy a cheaper "version" to see how he goes with it first (I know they're not the same!)

Tchibo still had their robot in store last time I looked - anyone know what it's like?

Pa! You're all useless

I bought it anyway and think it will be ample for DS1's needs. If he plays with it a lot and gets to grips with it then maybe Father Christmas will be more generous next year
