Trinket box for DD - preferably not breakable

DD is 18 months. I want to buy a small trinket box with lid to keep her hairslides in to go in her stocking. I can't seem to find one anywhere. The only ones I can find have playboy bunny ears on and I don't want that. I would prefer something pretty if possible. As long as its not too expensive I'm not bothered if it comes with something (eg soap) inside.

Any ideas? I wondered about Body Shop. Does anyone know if they would have anything that would fit the bill?

Would you consider buying a small wooden box and decorate it yourself or is that too Blue Peter? I did this when dst were born to keep little momentoes in, I painted it green with white daisies and stuck on some little wooden ladybirds I got from a toy shop.

This way your dd would have something you had done for her, would mean so much more.

Managed to get one for half price in WHSmith with a fairy on the top. Its a bit bigger than I planned - more of a jewellry box but at only 1.99 thought it was OK and I can put some of the other things I've got her inside it.
