here
DH & I are fencers so give them to every child within reach - definitely safer than lightsabres

zippimistletoes · 06/12/2005 14:11

that's interesting, the ones that I saw were the smaller size i think but another brand

we got some at an English heritage castle - so you could try their website. My 2 love them.

Apixelmascarol · 06/12/2005 21:32

I've seen similar things in the Lego shop.

noddyholder · 06/12/2005 21:35

They have some in the lego shop if you have one near you

PrincessPlumPuddingHead · 06/12/2005 21:44

we have the battling ones that merrymrsbadger recommended, I agree they are fantastic. No matter how hard they bash each other they can't do any damage and they are nice and long and sturdy. I give them to all 3-5 yr olds as a matter of course!!

PrincessPlumPuddingHead · 06/12/2005 21:45

ps also v good in a stocking - look very exciting poking out the top

santabops · 06/12/2005 21:49

lego ???

Glitterygook · 06/12/2005 21:51

Hey they look cool! Good idea for my 3 and 4 yr old dss or will I regret it?!

PrincessPlumPuddingHead · 06/12/2005 22:37

no you won't regret it for a second, really they are great. you MUST get two sets though, or they will fight over them!

BluStocking · 06/12/2005 22:38

Do IKEA still do them?

florenceuk · 08/12/2005 22:31

Jst found ths thread and thought these looked perfect for my 4yr old. PPH and/or MrsBadger - would you recommend the mini ones for a four yr old or go straight to the big ones?

NannyL · 08/12/2005 23:54

Lego land do them!

PrincessPlumPuddingHead · 09/12/2005 18:58

straight to the big ones! for a 2/3 yr old even! they weigh nothing and are more fun

zippimistletoes · 18/12/2005 14:31
