I got a freebie trial through Amazon and seriously enjoyed it.
I downloaded a Marian Keyes and had a huge bubble bath while listening to it pure bliss and not the scary robotic voice Kindle has on it's speech version of most books.

Really? I've never used my audio option on the Kindle as it put me off, so its the same as on a ipod then?

GoodMorningIHateSpam · 05/08/2011 19:45

I just downloaded the audible software and plugged the Kindle in to the laptop and it found my kindle and copied it.

Very simple.

Exactly same as listening to an audiobook and you can stop it and start it again from where you left off.

Can you explain what, where and exactly how to do this please?

Don't quite understand from the posts above how to do this and very much would like to.

Thanks Smile

Audible.co.uk they sell audio books, they usually have a free trial offer.
I have one where I got a free credit = one book. Then I pay seven pound a month and get a free credit each month too.

You sign up download the software they tell you to, pick a book download it and then plug your kindle in using the USB and it will put it onto your kindle.

Do you think is possible to listen to Kindle whilst driving?

Honeydragon · 06/08/2011 13:00

Well certainly more sensible to listen to it rather than read it Wink
