Hi there I gather this is a common problems but I can't find a fix
Basically suddenly and for no discernible reason, the ipod started showing 'no content' when I try to start it up.
If I plug it into itunes it shows all the music, videos, podcast etc as being present, it even accepts direct purchases from itunes store and transfers from my laptop
I have tried several recommend fixes and none worked so far, I have not reset to original settings and would leave that for last resort
would be grateful for any help, it is infuriating
