we were bought for christmas last year a red letter day gift experience which the wrongly delivered twice to my brother and we finally got the voucher at the end of Jan, in June i rang up to book it, and shortly after they went into administration. i rang up in aug (had a baby inbetween) to chase the gift and was told that our gift hadn't been sorted yet, and to ring back (premium rate number i add) well at the beginning of nov we were told that our gift experience was no longer available and we could chose something else to the same value (£49). since i did have a catalogue i chose to accept a case of wine instead, well it arrived this morning, 6 bottles all prices at around £6, no where near the full value of our orginal voucher.

sorry just wanted to rant, have phone them to rant and have basically been told tough!

katzglitterytree · 01/12/2005 13:48
