Are they allowed to see Dr Who (some are, some aren't)
Have they been exposed to Yu-Gi-Oh?
Ds aged six loves both of the above, also The Beano and Star Wars.

I am not sure he has a 7 year old sisiter and so is quite worldly wise iyswim

Revenge of Sith not recommended for littlies I think (ds manages to be mad about Star Wars without ever having seen any of it other than the vapid and stupid cartoon spin-offs)
Absolutely adores retro-ness of The Beano

Beano shared between dh and ds in our house. Bunty and Twinkle do not have the same appeal

Ds1 is 7 and was heavily into Spiderman at the age of 6. Still is actually.

My ds is 6 and loves anything to do with Hotwheels cars - he is totally smitten - he also loves and is never off his fold-up snooker table - he absoutely loves it!

If it is books you are after and parents will read to him try the Captain Underpants Series, a real hit with my 2

DS (5 3/4) is madly into Star Wars (won't let him see Episode III) yet though.

BIG fan of Lazy Town (don't know if any merchandise at the mo?)

Any of those annuals; also bedtime reading currently is Horrid Henry.
