Where can I buy gift bags and chocolate online?

Preferably on the same site.

All I want is some bags to put xmas pressies in but I can't find a site that sells them seperatly. They're all retailers sites.

For the chocolate I want to get a couple of those meter long cadburys things but again can't find anywhere.

Any ideas?

They have those meter long things in my local Tesco.

Try the charity shop sites like NSPCC or Barnados.

Wait and I'll get links for you.

I was going to post hotel du chocolat too, great site.

NewBethlehemGirlwithsparkles · 29/11/2005 14:12

I'm one of their choc tasting club members

I've bought a couple of their choc slabs for other people, just wanted some cadburys stuff tbh but thanks anyway.

NSPCC has chocolate and giftbags

Easy · 29/11/2005 14:16

I'm a hotel chocolate member too. But if someone really wants a meter of CDM then Hotel Choc is just tooooo much for them!!

NewBethlehemGirlwithsparkles · 29/11/2005 14:22

Thanks for link Easy.

They don't sell them seperate do they

I didn't really want to spend that much on the choc tbh as they're only stocking fillers.

Easy, have you got your December box yet? Is it any good?

OP posts:
Easy · 29/11/2005 14:25

No, no December box yet. Actually I haven't opened my Nov. box yet, as I fell behind when we went on Holiday.
Oct was the yummiest yet tho'

What do you mean about selling seperate? Would the foot of sweets thing do?

I'll keep looking tho'

NewBethlehemGirlwithsparkles · 29/11/2005 14:30

The gift bags, they came in a set with wrapping paper and bows and stuff.

Octobers was yummy, dh agreed it was a good one. I love that you can smell the alcoholic ones a mile off after you've eaten them

I'm still looking.

Can't find any bags that are the right size and when I do they're wanting to rob me for them.

OP posts:
Easy · 29/11/2005 15:45

can you get out to buy them at all?

NewBethlehemGirlwithsparkles · 29/11/2005 16:18

I might have to but it's not very often I can get in to town.

I've found a site and managed to get 13 bags for £7.50 but they charge £4.50 p&p! So I might give it a miss. I forgot I need some small gift boxes too, arghhhhhhhh!

What about these or there are loads of others on Ebay. I searched for Gift Bags & picked Seasonal from LHS menu. Are there not some Pound shops online now that might have something? If you're getting shopping from Tesco/Asda wherever you could just add in some choc.
