I want a laptop to use for web browsing, word processing and occasional DVD watching. That's all, pretty much. I'd like it to be robust and a decent make, and with a decent processor (i3 or i5).
Can anyone recommend one? I want to spend between £400 and £500 max, but if anyone can say good things at a lower price point I'll be very happy! I'm a bit
at the discovery that Toshibas now use biometric technology (face recognition) instead of passwords because that's not a gimmick I want my money going towards. I just want it on the actual use value. Simple and effective, ideally.
