These 'real baby' dolls - am I the only one that thinks they are weird?

The only thing I can think of is that it might help with potty training??? .

But it is what the children want!

So we might think they are odd, creepy looking or whatever - but the children they are aimed at love them!

Prefer these to those scary "real looking" baby dool things you can buy - you know with the real touch skin and hair, etc.
