Car bike rack

Can anyone recommend a car bike rack that doesn't require a towbar, can fit 4 bikes on it, goes at the back of the car (not on top) and doesn't cover the licence plate?! TIA.

Is the cost of a towbar putting you off?? We had a detachable towbar fitted for about £250 and then bought an Altera Strada DL for £330. They are both fab, but then we have an S-Max and had to have a towbar.
