Ours used to be nice with lovely staff who knew about the wine and were very helpful. Suddenly they were all gone, the shelves were half empty and the only info given on the shelves was the price of each wine, no info about the wine iyswim. When I asked the new manager (franchisee?) about something he didn't have a clue and couldn't care less. I haven't been back since.
