Apart from Lakeland.

None at Asda, Matalan or Tesco.

I really want to make mince pies.

I thelps support them but you coudl probably do them just in the moulds (foil would be better) on a baking sheet but the pastry may dry out and crack. Thought I saw some as part of a set on Robert Dyas site or there's a couple of Tefal ones on Amazon .

Have you tried Dun Elm mill if you have one near by? I got mine from there, but supermarkets should have them, have also brought them from Tesco and Asda.
Yes, you can make mince pies in them. The fat in the pastry will stop them sticking to the tins. Be-ro have a excellent recipe for mince pies. My grandma used it, my mum did and now I do! Never heard anyone in my family complain about eating mince pies.

Excellent Kama. A bargain for £3.50

I'll be using a Be-ro recipe.

If there is a TK Maxx near you it may be worth checking. Our local one has excellent cookware at very reasonable prices.
