My microwave has died - any recommendations?

I had a Panasonic, which I was very happy with, but it's now definitely dead - has anyone bought one recently which they'd recommend?

I'm playing with the idea of a combination, but I'm wondering about ventilation, especially as I want to put it under the worktop - would there be a problem with the heat/grill fumes?

Thanks! I've got quite a few Panasonic things & I've usually found it's a good brand, but that does look a good price for the spec.
