ELC 20% discount code ... does anyone know

whether it can be used in-store (ie the Holly code)? I called our local store yesterday and the assistant put stuff aside and said I could get the 20% on anything not already reduced. DH went to collect today, she wasn't there and the other girls wouldn't give him the 20%. It was only around £8 so not a big deal but at the same time ... I'm going to be back in there tomorrow, is it worth asking? TIA

I'm pretrty sure you can use it in store, but not on anything that has already been reduced. Can't find my leaflet about it at the mo but that's what I reckon.

yes, i think so. think the code is just for direct orders (which are delayed at the mo)

OK found my voucher.

It says to claim in store, "take this voucher to an ELC store. . . . . valid only if voucher is present at time of purchase."

Thanks Cadbury ... don't have the voucher, only the on-line code. Ah well, at least it was only a few pounds!

Well 8 quid is 8 quid. You could, if you could be bothered with the hassle, take everything back then buy it back again with your voucher.

Great1 now that the ds's are over croup and chicken pox. We moved from Italy to Cheshire in Sept and set up a new restaurant. bit quiet at the moment but got lots of bookings over Xmas which is good.

Sorry ... been away 'shopping' (with 2 under-fours in tow) all day! Thanks for the offer Cadbury but unfortunately I'll have to pass ... ELC are holding the dolls house for me only until tomorrow so obviously wouldn't get the voucher on time. It's a bit of a bummer cos if I'd ordered it on-line last week instead of humming and ha'ing then I would have got a great bargain at £40 but now the price has gone back up to £60 and they absolutely refuse to give me the 20% off in-store unless I can produce a voucher. Never mind ... lesson learned (and not for the first time!). Thanks again. All yours Collision!
