u knw that thingy that has the alphabet on and makes strips of embossed letters for labels. its getting on my nerves lol. want one for a scrapbook page but can't for the life of me think of its name!!!

Its got a roll of plastic in it that u punch letters onto the reverse side of so they become embossed(and white) and then u go to the scissor icon and cut it off and when u peel the back off its a sticker

Can't explain any clearer tahn that i am sorry

but anytone any clues? and next question...where can i get a cheap one?

hornbag · 23/11/2005 16:11

oooh what a blast from the past !
I had one of these when I went through that stationery phase every girl goes through -DDs going through that phase at the mo so her Xmas stocking will include her own sellotape dispenser, Blu-tack, pens galore etc.

(I presume all/most girls go through this or are we a family of freaks )

hunkermunker · 23/11/2005 16:50

Hornbag, I'm still in a stationery adoration phase!

hornbag · 23/11/2005 17:20

LOL !
DD will find any excuse to borrow the sellotape. She also has hiding places for little pieces of blu-tack. Blimey she'd wet herself if she got a Dymo ! (wonder if mines still in my parents attic...)

ionaming · 23/11/2005 21:47

Hi MOM - is this the type you're looking for? dymo junior

Easy · 24/11/2005 10:29

Hunker, me too, I can't resist shops selling stationery, and have more pens and pretty notebooks etc than you can shake a stick at.

BTW, Thanks for spelling it correctly. I went to parent's evening at school last week, and before I left HAD TO point out to ds's teacher that her drawer should be labelled Stationery, rather than Stationary. Will she have me marked as a troublemaker, do you think?

MerlinsBeard · 25/11/2005 21:30

YES THATS THE ONE!!!!!! the junior one!!!

THank you thank you thank you!!!!!

(sorry only just checked back on this!!)
