The Nice Company - has it disappeared?

Has anyone heard anything about The Nice Company going under? Their phone numbers all seem to have been disconnected and I haven't received my Christmas orders! Anyone???

Not sure if it's defintiely the same company but companies House check says it's in liquidation see here . Sorry.

Noticed that one is UK Ltd so thought it may not be the same people. Checked lowcostnames site though & website registered to Nice Company UK Ltd, although Co House address is different it may be the liquidators address or Registered Office. Not sure where you go from here JIL

Should really check everything out first before I post Jan. Liquidators details given here Try them & see what they say.

Thanks Jbck - I have called my credit card company and they have agreed not to process the payment. Still don't understand how a liquidated company can still operate (and send out emails confirming you order details!!) as if nothing had happened. What a bummer. Now I have to think of three more presents for people!!

At least you've not lost any money. You could always just try & get the same sort of thing elsewhere. You might even find a cheaper version.
