Can I be a Stepford wife and wax lyrical about my new Argos carpet sweeper?

Can't recommend it highly enough. It does all floors, it doesn't use electricity, lightweight, no plugs or cords, easy and quick to use, far less hassle than a vacuum cleaner and much more environmentally friendly, and so much cheaper - my top of the range one (4 settings no less, for different types of floor) cost me about £23.

I can see I'm going to be doing a lot less vacuuming in future, but the place will still be cleaner.

Why did I find myself drawn to this post...and now feeling very excited at the prospect of owning my own carpet sweeper? Is it really that good???

could a small child use it?

Caligula · 20/11/2005 20:25

my new toy

Yes a small child could use it and in my house, does. It has been greeted with huge enthusiasm and they've both had a go of cleaning up with it. Ha ha ha!
