We have a small soft Swiper - got it from ELC earlier this year. None on their site now though sorry.

There are fair few boxed and new ones of ebay - just bid on a Boots toy.

Think they are mainly from US and probably Europe. Seems Dora hit Europe before UK - as you found out in France!
