I do a bit of excercise, not loads (!) Bought some 'walkstar' fitflops in winter sale and started wearing them on monday, have worn them all week, they are v comfy. By Weds I noticed that front of my thighs (quads?) were a bit sore, continued wearing them as didnt associate soreness with fitflops. Today i've been to running club and they are really sore, have worn the fitflops all week and now just thinking could there be a link? I thought (if anything) they were supposed to 'excercise' your bum and backs of legs? has anyone else found this? I'm going to stop wearing them and see if it clears up
