Help - I need advice on buggies (twin and triple)

As some (most?) of you know I childmind lots of children with 3 other minders.

I have damaged my back with all the buggy pushing and need 1, probably 2 and maybe even 3 new double or triple buggies.

The priority is that they must be easy to push and easy to fold

It is really important as I am in so much pain that they are easy to push

Please, Please help........

Thanks Fairydust - I'm still at the "what do I want" stage - rather than the where can I get it from (but I will bookmark that for then)

I need reccommendations as I am in such pain atm - and I must resolve the buggy situation

I'd say any double would be easier with swivel wheels as you have to lift slightly fixed wheels.- the added bonus of a three wheeler is that a larger child would be comfy in it as well.

Thanks - I have a cheap (relatively) Mothercare - umbrella type one and it is a nightmare to push - very heavy

I am interested in buggies that people have found particularily good

I ADORE my Mountain Buggy Urban - it practically pushes itself...but it is the luxury end of the market. You definitely need swivel wheels and fairly big ones - not the Maclaren-type ones.

Mountain Buggys are fab. My childminder bought one for her mindees after giving up on the umbrella ones.

Mountain buggy do a triple... and IMO mountain buggys are great

they are VERY easy to push, BUT will be hard to fold and probably VERY heavy to lift into back of car!

also dont stand a chance of fitting them through a normal door, + are VERY expensive!

could u get a buggy board on the back of a double 3 wheeler?

IMO 3 wheelers definitley push the best!

I think I've got to get at least 2 buggies whether double or triple

Just not sure which ones

The triple rarely needs to go in the car - just school runs really

And maybe 2 doubles for car and trips out - there are often 4 of us for 9 children (usually all under 2) so a triple and 2 doubles would do

I have a 4 seater I love - but it hasn't lasted very well
