My DD has one very similar - kept at my mum's house - and it is retty good, esp at that price. It is small, but has it's own furniture and very open for playing with.

We are thinking of getting DD a big one for her birthday - not till April. She has 2 smaller ones (one her, one at my parents) but neither is big enough for the furniture she has really TBH. And she does enjoy playing with them. No doubt come March time I'll be on MN looking for recommendations!
