Also you can get different size memory cards similar to a digital camera - the higher the megabytes, the more songs you can store on it.

dh bought one last week for 20 quid (sorry my pound sign key isn't working) and can only get 20 tracks on it. So be careful which you buy - make sure it has adequate capacity.

Small (2GB) nanos are about £140 at the moment (recent purchase) you can get about 500 tracks on the 2 gb one but make sure your computer software will support it first. You need XP with SP2 if you're running Windows.. as you can tell I didn't find out unti lafter I'd bought mine.
