Help! what is the name of this doll?

Can you help me track down this doll.

Just spent an hour looking and no closer.
I was going to get it for DD2 last year but never got round to it. now I can't find it and I've thrown away all my catlogues.

Its made by a german company and is quite expensive (£40-50). There are a couple of different ones but their clothes are all quite pixie like. They have a firm face but the body and arms etc are cloth. For some reason I think it begins with a H but can't be sure.

Help I'd like to look on ebay for one but can't find the name to look up now and there are millions on there. Have tried hamleys etc but no joy.

If its German it could be made by Zapf Creations . HTH

No its not by Zapf - its not one of the mainstream ones. Its a bit like milly mo but the outfit is more pixie like. The name isn't a name you'd recognize as a persons name - something long and german sounding like Heffelmeyer (but not that).

sorry greatauntymandy - these are more like collectors dolls - the one I'm looking for is simpler. More like a first doll.

Its so frustrating.
Can you suggest any more "posh" toy sites I can check out.
Is there one called "mummy I want one of these"

I found it. Found an old copy of Junior and went through all the posh looking toy stores listed. Eventually got there. Don't know where I got the H from. You can see both versions of the doll here : waggel and wiggel.

Trouble is I found so many other lovely dolls while looking.........
