i had a nice servis one, was abut 200 IIRC, cleaned well, in fact it works a lot better than the beko one family fund paid for so i have them both plumbed in.

We've got a Hoover, and are very satisfied with it. I chose one with the highest spin speed I could find (1400 I think), as then the clothes come out so much drier, and it doesn't take long to get them dry.

If you can stretch to £500 ish you can get a Miele that will last forever.

We have a Miele and have had no trouble in 5 years.
