help, kitchen units, help needed.

the council wont put more in for us, and i have found out where to get units to match the ones we have (howdens) but need a builder to buy them and install. they need to be in teh trade. so what sort of person do i contact? general builder, one who does soley kitchens? i dont know anyone in the trade so cant get them to buy them for me so FIL can install them.

you cant, they dont sell to the public. now how can iregister for being in the 'trade'

Anyone in the yellow pages/local papers for a carpenter/joiner? you could just chat them up and ask them to buy for you?

have you asked I have an account with them just set one up

Hi Misdee - where abouts in the country are you. I know loads of Kitchen Installers in London / Essex / Ascot area (work for a Kitchen company) who may be able to help you. If the council won't put them in / but them for you, can they recommend someone who can? Let me know if I can help in any way as my guys are all pretty tame!

ens and MFI are in the same group, many of the style of kitchens overlap so you may find it in there and so available to the public.

have you got a local builder's merchant? just ring round and ask them a favour .. they'll probably take a commission though

I did that over a sink I wanted who also wouldn't and it cost me about a tenner
