Any advise on a broadband provider?
I won't be doing a lot of downloading etc so it just needs to be cheap ,easy and prefer easy customer service(thoughthis is prob too much to ask)
I have Tesco for dial up and they are ok and I have been sent an offer for wannado
Am open to suggestions...........

Hiya, I use wanadoo broadband, no problems whatsoever. I changed over from their dial up to their broadband & their service was great. Recommended!

I use (and always recommend) demon.net, customer service has always been great and they are cheap.

hi, i posted a similar request about a month ago and someone recommended talktalk which i've just started using. £19.99 broadband anytime and free calls all weekend. found helpline during setup very calm and straightforward, which is what i need as i hate technology!
was originally going for onetel but they sneakily added £60 at the end for the modem - talktalk has free setup

i use plusnet. i like it.

here's a very very handy link with ratings on each one.

like i said, plusnet is good but 'eclipse' has been on the top of the list for a long long while so it must be quite good.
