'dolls' house for boys

I'm looking to get DS a 'dolls' house for his 3rd birthday. I'm not really looking for a traditional dolls house, more of a house that opens up so you can see the rooms and play with figures in the rooms. A bit like the Peppa Pig Princess Castle, which I'd happily buy for DS but DH won't let me because 'it's for girls'

Anyone got any recommendations? Happy for it to be plastic and don't mind the cost.

Thanks!

yes - the playmobil one which closes up and has a carrying handle, and opens to reveal 4 rooms. Not pink in the slightest and my sons love it.

The wooden one in toys r us is neutral (unpainted wood)- usually is £49.99, and comes with all the furniture etc.
