Anyone know of a supplier of cone shaped cellophane bags? I managed to get hold of some from a soap making supplies web site, very expensive and they have fleeced me for postage (the actual postage charge is on the parcel ) plus added tax on to the postage charge .

I have tried direct with a manufacturer. This would mean ordering thousands as they would be specially made.

What needs to go in them?

Could you make them?

It for sweets and for party bags. I started of making them when all I sold was sweets and it took forever to make them and then fill and tie. You have to take the tape right to the bottom or they start to leak sweets out of the bottom. Plus you get finger prints all over the tape which doesn't look good.

I could make them for the pary bags but i was hoping to avoid this.

Could you do it with a heat seal thingie

I've seen them for storing food - it has an arm that comes down and seals two lyers of plastic

Hi Skribble

Have you tried putting a free message on here, they ring you if they can fulfill your request it's very good and costs nothing (obviously if it's free)

Here

I had an order for 660 cosmic space balls and 50 harry potter magic socks yesterday {grin]I couldn't believe it when it popped through.

Thanks Katy I have a heat sealer and i tried using it for cones but I think its not the right kind it has a suction thing on it too. Needless to say it all went wrong.

Thanks Zippi I have put a request on there.

I think the answer is to go back to the manufacturer and order a million of the things.
