Quick HAMA beads question

Dd and I have resurrected her Hama beads but have lost the instructions for ironing them. Have got the paper stuff, but can't remember how hot an iron to use and for how long.

Can anyone help please?

I don't know scientifically but we did some last week and I'd guess I kept the iron over the picture for 10-20 seconds. i kept lifting the iron off to see what was happening and stopped when the beads looked like they had melded.
